Street Wear is by Revlon is very popular cosmetic brand which targets towards youth and teenagers. Street Wear was launched in 2002 by Modi Revlon and has appeal which is young, vibrant and funky. I wanted to try a pencil eyeliner this time as I was a little bored with my liquid liners. For beginners I would suggest then to try this eye pencil as it is easier to apply than the liquid ones. This one have a smudger attached at the end so I had to buy this.
