Winter is just around the corner and many of us have already taken out the mink blankets, quilts, woolen jackets and sweaters. My skin is very dry especially my arms and legs. If I don’t moisturize them they actually start to bleed. Therefore, I switch to more moisturizing soaps and richer body lotions during winters. The weather is changing and I have started to make changes in my habits accordingly. Now a days I amusing Pears soap which claims to be gentle and 98% glycerin.

Apply Pears Pure & Gentle Bathing Bar directly to the skin and rinse it with normal/lukewarm water.

My opinion on the product:-

I have dry skin and I really need to take extra special care of my skin when the weather is cold and drying. Therefore, I use moisturizing soaps during winters and apply rich body lotion after bath. Pears is one soap that I always comeback to. I have been using this since my childhood and simply love this amber soap bar as it’s very gentle on skin. Moreover it still smells the same light and mild pears fragrance. The soap doesn’t lather much but still gives a nice clean feeling every time I use.

Till my marriage I only used this soap throughout the year. Few people suggested that I should use it during winters only. But I never listened as I was very much fascinated by the fact that it is made of glycerin and is so pure that one can see through it. Now, I don’t stick to one soap and keep changing them. I still buy a pack of pears soap and use it in any season and not just in winters.

The soap is transparent and amber colored. Its shape is oval which makes it unique. The fragrance of pears soap is mild and lingers for some time in bathroom. If you sweat and smell a lot in summers then this soap is not for you. There are two other variants of this soap which have strong fragrance and you can try them out. Altogether it is a nice soap bar that everyone in a family can use.
