I shop for dresses and makeup mostly online. Yes, even after my not so good and really bad experience from other eCommerce sites. I have told about by bad experiences with some site. But today, I will share my good experience with an online shopping site called Jabong.com.

• Jabong accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Net banking.
• Jabong also accept payment via “cash on Delivery” at the time of the delivery of the product. This mode of payment has a convenience charge (a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs. 39) associated with it.

My Experience

 Recently I shopped from Jabong and ordered few dresses and an eye cream. Their service was quick and delivered with the time limit given by them on their website. All the parcels were individually packed and delivered. The first one I received within 2 days of placing the order and the rest came after 4 days. I am satisfied with the quality and they are same as mentioned on their site and there is no variation. However there might be a slight variation in colors but the colors and details are all the same.

 You can return products like dresses etc when size does not fit or the color and other details do not match.  This is just as shopping from a mall or a shop, they also don’t return inner wear or beauty products.  You don’t have to wait in long queue for billing  and go to shops. You can chill at home and the biggest sale and best bargains will come to you.

 With my previous shopping experiences I can assure you that you don’t need to worry about the product quality at all. The clothes delivered to you will be the same as shown and describe on their website. Just in case you are not satisfied with quality or have problem with the size, you have 30 days to return back. You can return unused apparels and other products with the tags on it to them within the 30 days period and there will be no questions asked.
