Hair Packs For Dry Damaged and Falling Hair
Method 1
- 2 Banana
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil or Almond Oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
Take a bowl and mash banana into it and add all the other ingredients. Take a hand blender to mix everything into a smooth paste. Take a brush and apply this pack from you hair’s root till the tip and secure it with a hair clip. Keep it covered with a shower cap for about 30 minutes and shampoo.
Method 2
- ¼ ripe Papaya
- 2 cup curd
Make puree of papaya using a blender and mix curd to it. Apply it all over your hair from root to the tips. Wait for ½ hour and wash.
Method 3
- A bunch of Curry Leaves
- ½ cup of Coconut Oil
Take the curry leaves and soak in the oil overnight. Boil the oil with the leaves and let it cool down. Apply this oil on the scalp and massage it for 10-15 minutes. Use this hair oil twice a week to strengths hair shaft and stimulate hair growth.
Method 4
- 1 cup of Mustard Oil
- 1/2 cup of Henna powder or 1 cup of henna leaves
Boil the oil with the henna leaves or powder till they start to get burnt and let it cool down. Sieve it and store in a bottle(finish it within a month and make fresh batch every month). Regular massage with this oil will increase hair growth and will reduce hair fall by strengthening the hair root and the shaft.
Method 5
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 Egg whites
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Mi x all the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk it thoroughly so that everything is well blended. Apply this pack all over your hair from root till the tip and wait for 2-3 hours. Rinse and shampoo your hair. You can also use mayonnaise instead of this pack if you hate egg’s raw smell, as it contains mostly eggs.
Method 6
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 Lemon Juice
Take a bowl of curd and add egg and juice of 1 lemon to it. Whisk everything together to blend. Apply this to your hair and rest for 2 hours. Rinse your hair and shampoo.
All these hair mask will nourish your hair and will make it stronger. Use any of these hair packs one or twice a week for few months and see the difference in hair. I have tried a few of these myself, yes they are very useful. However, I prefer using milk instead of curd. Adding honey or/and henna is also effective
