Today’s review is on a lipstick by CoverGirl in Ravish Ravir 308 which claims to silk therapy complex. I had this lipstick around one year back and used it then. Read to know more about this lipstick.

My opinion on the product:-

The lipstick comes in metallic finish case and cover which makes it look very attractive. The lipstick itself id very creamy and can very easily glide on lips. It kept my lips moisturized for longer period of time. The color on the other had has very average staying power, which might be because the lipstick is moisturizing.

The packaging is nice and sturdy which makes it travel friendly. I loved the metallic finish packaging and the color of the lipstick.  The shade looks good on olive skin people that means it will suit on majority of Indian skin tone. The color of the lipstick is purplish pink with some red in it and it can be worn during day and night without going OTT. This lipstick has a huge shade selection from 4 shade families – Plums, Nudes, Reds and Pinks.

Shade: The color is purplish pink with some red  and can be used for daily office wear. It looks great on Indian skin tone and can be worn by girls with olive skin.

Texture: Creamy and easy to apply. It glides on lips very smoothly.

Staying power: Not very good have to reapply in 2-3 hrs or after eating something.

Pigmentation: Average and need to swipe 2 time while applying on my lips.

Packaging:  Nice, metallic finish tube which is transparent at base so you can easily identify them.

What I Liked:-

• Suitable to all Indian skin tones
• Smooth and creamy texture that glides effortlessly
• Huge shade selection
• Nice packaging with transparent base
• Has 4 shade families- Plums, Nudes, Reds and Pinks
• Moisturizing
• Contains a silk therapy complex

What I didn’t Liked:-

• Staying power is not good.

Will I repurchase and recommend:-

May be,  but some different shade.
