Allo Gobhi curry Recipe
Hi Everyone,
Today I want to share a vegetable curry with you all and it’s potato cauliflower and peas curry for beginners. I like this mixed vegetable curry very much. You can eat it with steam rice , parathas , puris or chapattis. Let’s see it’s made.
ALOO GOBHI AND MATAR CURRY
This recipe is very simple as I am still working on my cooking skills, but it really comes out tasty. If you have any other variation of this curry and want to share then please let me know.
Ingredients:
1 small cauliflower, cut the florets
1 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and cubed
1/2 cup green peas if fresh is available or frozen
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp garlic garlic paste
1/3 cup tomatoes chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
2 tablespoon oil
salt to taste

Method:-
- Cut the cauliflowers into florets.
- Boil the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Chop the onions and tomatoes.
- Heat the oil in a wok, add oil then add the cumin seeds and bay leaf, let it splutter.

- Next add chopped onions and fry them till it becomes transparent and add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes fry them till they become a little brown the add all the spice except the garam masala and salt.

- Mix and add the vegetables and mix well and fry in low heat till the peas and cauliflower becomes tender.
- After that add water and let it simmer for sometime . when the curry becomes thick then add tha garam masala and switch off the stove.

The curry is ready and enjoy it with puris, parathas, chapattis or plain rice.
